The information may include the date the note was discounted; note number; name of the principal; name of the person to whom the note was discounted; names of the securities; name of the drawer; name of the person to whom the note was payable; date the note was written; name of the person or account upon whom the note was drawn; term of the note; amount charged by the bank for this discount service; and generally, the name of the county of residence of the person for whom the note was discounted.
